Chanticleer Garden

A little more intimate and less formal than some other renowned gardens in our area, Chanticleer is “America’s most inspiring garden” according to Garden Design magazine. The London Financial Times described it as “planted to perfection.”
So as not to distract from the visual effect, the 5,000+ plants throughout the gardens aren’t labeled, but guests are encouraged to talk with the gardeners to draw inspiration from the whimsical and imaginative displays.
Whether it’s the tranquility of the Asian Woods, the imaginative beauty of the Ruin Garden or the lush fragrances of the Teacup Garden, it will quickly be evident why one reviewer called it “a pleasure garden that blows expectations away.”
