Chef Floyd and Chef Angie Kahlil own Plum Caterers, which includes two amazing food truck brands: The Plum Pit and The Sugar Plum. Fun fact: Chef Floyd builds out the food trucks himself! Hit The Plum Pit for all the savory: sandwiches, tacos, rice bowls, cheesesteaks, burgers, chicken wings and tenders, BBQ chicken, ribs, brisket and pulled pork plus Caribbean and soul food, Tex Mex and seafood! Seasonally, The Sugar Plum serves up ice cream, milkshakes and smoothies — including vegan options!

Open seasonally, this truck dishes out savory empanadas filled with beef, pork or chicken. Watch for weekly specials, like Philly Cheese Steak and Cheese Pizzanadas! Get the most bang for your buck with a combo platter and enjoy black beans and rice, and street corn salad. You most certainly want to save room for churros or churro bites — tender fried dough strips finished with seasonal sugary toppings.
The variety is exactly what you’d expect based on the tagline: “You can’t beat our meat!” It’s the same high-quality, locally sourced meats that you’ve come to expect from the restaurants. Dig into hearty cheesesteaks, chicken cheesesteaks, burgers, hot dogs plus chips, drinks and cookies. Planning a morning event? Ask for must-try breakfast sandwiches!

Fresh Thai, Hawaiian and Korean fare puts the “Kapow” twist in food truck cuisine. These are not your average Rice bowls, tacos and small bites! Witness the Kimchi taco, grilled steak topped with kimchi, scallions and cilantro. Or Kalua pork made from Hawaiian pulled pork kissed with pineapples cilantro scallions and chili flakes.
Don’t panic, Delco faithful! “NY” in the name refers to New York-style, and we’re OK with that, thanks to the variety. You’ll find a vast halal selection, including chicken, lamb or fish over rice or as a salad, combo platters, gyros, falafel and more. Choose the fish gyro or hoagie for a real treat.
