The Gifford-Risley House Bed and Breakfast is a classic example of a Gothic/Chalet style structure of 19th Century construction. Since renovating the house over the course of 4 years, we have given it a new life as a Bed and Breakfast Inn. The house features 7 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, are decorated in a differing style of furniture and accessories throughout the Victorian period. You will find the Empire room warm and inviting decorated in greens and red with a rare vintage Half-tester Bed that will make you fee like royalty. Or maybe the Arts and Crafts bedroom is more your taste being a simple, Frank Lloyd Wright Style in nature. Whatever room you choose, we want you to feel at home.
Not only will you enjoy the surroundings of the rooms, but you can also enjoy breakfast on our large veranda, side porch or our 4 season Solarium. Picture yourself in the Library with a good book or a hearty game of Chess. If you need to relax, the soft tones of the Parlor harkens you back to a time when life was simple and peaceful.
