Delco’s ‘Spring’-ing Into Summer With Cocktails and Mocktails

Warmer weather demands refreshingly cool beverages to temper the heat! It also reminds us that there’s nothing quite like Delco and its master mixologists when you’re looking for the best on-trend cocktails and mocktails.

Check out what’s in demand as we spring into summer 2022. Reading this another time? Our money’s still on these Delco hot spots — check ‘em out!

Mocktails — Or, BYOLiquor!

At the original Terrain Cafe, it’s BYOB, so the mocktail game is strong and — dare we say — rather healthful! These flavorful combinations are completely satisfying as is, but also shine as worthy mixers for many of your favorite liquors. Like prosecco? These mocktails morph into spritzers with a quick prosecco pour!

While in Wayne’ Cocktails

It’s word play at Rosalie! Nope, not Wordle — just really fun names for really delicious cocktails. We love the focus on not-the-same-old liqueurs and mixers, too, like Frangelico, Lillet Blanc and orgeat — the latter is a sweet syrup made from almonds, sugar and flowery water. Divine!

Tuscan Mule

Holy Mary

There’s something classy about the classic fruit margarita served in a rocks glass without the slushy. It’s cool without the brain freeze! Autograph Brasserie takes it one step further with just the right burn thanks to tequila kissed by jalapeños. Yes, please!

White Dog Wayne uses one of the most familiar and beloved summer eats — watermelon! — and transforms it into not one, but two fresh sips. One is a next-level martini thanks to watermelon’s BFF mint. The other is destined to transcend taco Tuesday festivities with its chili-infused, agave and citrus notes.
