We think this beautiful corner of Nether Providence Township should be known as “the little arboretum that could.” At only 30 acres (small for an arboretum), Taylor exceeds expectations—providing visitors with a chance to wander through mature collections of dogwoods, magnolias and hollies while exploring the banks of Ridley Creek.
The presence of champion trees including a Giant Dogwood, a Korean Juniper and a Lacebark Elm (the largest of their species in the state) prove that great things truly do come in small packages. Taylor (not to be confused with Tyler Arboretum in Media) is open daily with free admission from 9am to 4pm.
